How we handle the information you share with us.
Evergrey Photography (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through evergrey-photography.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry we receive the details you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, event date, location and message. Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and performance. The interactive tools run entirely in your browser; the dates and options you enter are not sent to us.
How we use it
We use inquiry details only to respond to you, prepare a proposal and, if you book, deliver our services. We never sell or rent your information.
Photographs
If you book with us, how your photographs may be shared (for example in our portfolio or journal) is set out in your photography agreement, and we always respect requests to keep a gallery private.
Third parties
We use Google Fonts to display typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@evergrey-photography.com. We handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act.
